"How do I book a session?" 
Contact forms in the "Contact" tab are the best way to contact me. Other options are by text or social media messages!  


"What if my child(ren) don't cooperate?" 
They're kids! Don't even worry about this! 
My job is to bring out natural, genuine smiles. 
If that means making funny noises, tickling, jumping up and down.. 
That's what I'll do!

"What if I need to reschedule?"
I totally understand that people get sick, mother nature doesn't always cooperate the day of your session, things happen!
Please try your best to let me know as soon as possible, as there is a reschedule fee if you need to change your session within 12 hours or less of your appointment time with non-emergent or weather related reasons. 

"What if we are late?"
I
t happens, and we totally understand. Please try your best to stay in contact and give us the heads up that you'll be arriving later than planned so that we are aware and can plan for it. There is more than likely a session booked after you and we will want to keep the schedule as close to on track as possible. 
I will always send you a message or call you after 10 or so minutes past your appointment time. If we don't hear back by the 30 minute mark, you will be marked as a "no call, no show" as stated in your contract. 



"Can we bring our dog?"
Fur babies and family pets are always welcome at outdoor sessions! 
Mixing children and pets can often get hectic, but oh so cute to photograph!
There is an additional fee added on to your session and we do ask that you bring along someone extra with you to handle your  pet during photos that do not include him/her. 

"What should we wear?" 
This is all up to you! 
A few things to think about would be:
Coordinating- Stick with the same general color scheme throughout your family for a clean organized look. 
Future- If you choose to print and frame your images, will it match your home decor and wall colors? Is it timeless and classic? These photos should never go out of style! 
Studio- Neutrals are your friends!!  Solid colors, white/khaki/earthy tones are a go too. 


"When will we recieve our photos?"
All sessions have a 10-14 day turnaround time. Holiday Mini Sessions are expedited to the best of our ability. 

"Where are you located? Do you travel?"  
My studio is located in Dover Plains, NY. 
Yes I travel! I always love meeting new people and exploring new places! 
I encourage my clients to have a vision of how their session will take place by choosing a location best fit for your style and end result. But don't fret, I will give you ideas if you can't come up with any on your own! 
All locations outside a 15 mi radius of Dover Plains, NY are subject to travel fees. 

"How and when do we pay?" 
All sessions require a non-refundable retainer (50% of your session total) as well as a signed digital contract. After a retainer is paid, your balance will be due at your session. 
Cash,  checks and all major cards are accepted. 

"Are we likely to face any addictional fees on top of our package price?" 
Additional fees may include travel and entrance fees for myself and up to one assistant based on your choice of location, parties over 4 people and pets, prints and product purchases ordered after review of final gallery and the purchase of additional digital images. 

"How long does a session last?" 
Family sessions typically last 30-60 minutes.
Studio milestone sessions may take anywhere from 30-90 minutes.  
All time frames vary based on cooperation, outdoor property size, weather conditions and your session type.
